Which delivery options can I choose from?
Standard delivery by PostNL:
If you place your order before 23:59 on a business day, the package will be handed over to PostNL the same day. If there are no delays with the carrier, your parcel will be delivered to the address provided the following day.
Do I need to pay shipping costs?
When you place an order of €120.00 or more, you do not pay shipping costs. If you place an order with a total amount of less than €120.00, then shipping costs of €4.25 apply.
When can I expect my order?
Did you place your order before 23:59 on a business day? PostNL will then pick it up the next day at our warehouse (with the exception of Sundays and public holidays).
As soon as your parcel has been sorted at the PostNL sorting centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the track and trace code which you can use to track your parcel. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery partner will try to deliver the package to your neighbours. If this is not possible, the package will be returned to our logistics centre or, if possible, delivered to a PostNL location near you.
Please note! During the sale period or other promotions, the delivery of your package may take longer than you are used to from us. As soon as your package has been sorted by PostNL, you will receive the track and trace information by email. Keep an eye on it for up-to-date information about your package.
My package was not delivered. What should I do now?
Unfortunately, your package may have been delayed through us in the warehouse or with the carrier. We would therefore like to advise you to first check the track and trace data carefully.
If the information on the track and trace page is incorrect, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] We will then look into the matter for you and, if necessary, start an investigation into the location of the package We will then work with our support team to ensure that you receive your package as soon as possible.
