How can I exchange or return my purchased products?
We have an exchange and return period of 14 days. The product must be returned undamaged. Read the return form carefully and follow the instructions. The return costs are at your own expense. Take the parcel to a PostNL or DHL point so that it is delivered via one of these parties.
Do I have a warranty on my product?
A legal warranty applies to all products purchased through our webshop. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
Does your purchase have a fault? Then we would like to receive an email, this can be sent to [email protected]. It is important to include the order number in this email and a photo clearly showing the fault.
I bought a product through Klarna, how should I return it?
If you have opted for a payment method via Klarna, we recommend that you notify Klarna directly (via the app) that you have returned the product so that you do not receive a reminder from them. The return costs are also at your own expense via Klarna. As soon as the return has been processed, the invoice will also be adjusted.
I received an incorrect product, what should I do?
If, unfortunately, you received the incorrect product, you can contact us at [email protected] We will ensure that a suitable solution is found as soon as possible. The costs for this will be paid by us.
