Which delivery options can I choose from?

Standard delivery by PostNL:

If you have placed your order before 23:59 on a working day, the parcel will be given to PostNL the same day. If there are no delays at the carrier, your parcel will be delivered to the given address the following day.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

When you place an order above €120,00, you do not pay shipping costs. Are you placing an order with a total amount below €120.00? Then you will be charged shipping costs of €4.25

When can I expect my order?

Have you placed your order on a working day before 23:59? Then it will be collected by PostNL from our warehouse the next day (except Sundays and public holidays).

As soon as your parcel has been sorted by PostNL in the sorting centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track and trace code to follow your parcel. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will try to deliver the parcel to your neighbours. If not, the parcel will be returned to our logistics centre or, if possible, delivered to a PostNL location near you.

*Please note! During the sale period or other promotions, the delivery of your parcel may take longer than you might be used to from us. As soon as your parcel has been sorted by PostNL, you will receive the track and trace information by e-mail. Keep an eye on it for up-to-date information on your parcel.


My parcel has not been delivered.What should I do now?

It may unfortunately happen that your parcel has been delayed at our warehouse or at the carrier. We therefore advise you to check the track and trace information carefully first.

If the information on the track and trace page is incorrect, please feel free to contact us at contact@florez.nl. We will look into this for you and, if necessary, start an investigation into your package. Our support team will make sure that you receive your package as soon as possible.
